Tour program

Day 1
Arrival to Kamchatka

Transfer to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (30-40 min). Hotel accommodation. Bus tour of the city (at the request of tourists).

Day 2

Departure by an off-road car to the north in the settlement of Kozyrevsk (500 km, 10 hours). On the way, stop in the village Milkovo (lunch in a cafe). Accommodation in a private hotel.

Day 3
Tolbachinsky dol

Departure to Tolbachinsky Dol (80 km, 5-6 hours). Panorama of the Klyuchevskaya group of volcanoes. The path runs through the magnificent coniferous forest, lava flows, wade through the river Tolbachik. Setting up a campground. A walk to the lava flows of the New Fissure Eruption 2012-2013

Day 4
Climbing Plosky Tolbachik Volcano

Departure to the foot of Plosky Tolbachik volcano. Climbing Plosky Tolbachik Volcano (3085 m), 10-12 hours. Inspection of the crater. Plosky Tolbachik is distinguished by a vast peak, which is occupied by a shallow caldera, 3.7 km in diameter, filled with the glacier. In its western part is the current crater. The depth of the crater is about 500 m, the diameter is about 1700 m. A circular panorama of the volcanoes of the Klyuchevskaya group and more distant, chains and a group of fifty slag cones, densely dotting one of the sections of the southern slope, opens from the top. Lunch - dry snack. Return to base camp.

Day 5
Northern and Southern Breakthroughs

Departure to the Northern and Southern Breakthroughs 1975-1976 Inspection lavokh streams, lava caves, "dead forest".

Departure to Kozyrevsk. Accommodation in a private hotel (80 km, 4 hours). Bathhouse

Day 6
Malkinsky hot springs

Departure to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky with a visit to the Malkinsky hot springs (600 km, 12 hours). Hotel accommodation.

Day 7
Excursion to the Valley of Geysers and the Uzon Volcano Caldera for an additional fee

Transfer to the helipad. Helicopter excursion to the Valley of Geysers and the caldera of the Uzon volcano (total duration 6-7 hours) with an overflight of the active crater of the Karymsky volcano and the crater lake of the Maly Semyachik volcano. Day 9
Mutnovsky volcano (2323 m)

Walking tour to the crater Mutnovsky volcano. The deep crater is surrounded by steep cliffs. From the east to the bottom of the crater, a glacier descends from the summit of the volcano. Powerful steam and gas jets erupt to the surface through glacial cracks. At the bottom of the crater, there are a lot of mud-boiling boilers, fumarole, beautiful deposits of native sulfur. The transition to the crater 6 km, 3 hours. The Ascent of 800 m. Inspection of the crater (2 hours). Snack (dry ration). Return to base camp. On the way, a viewing of the waterfall in Opasny canyon. The duration of the tour is 7-8 hours. Overnight in tents.

Day 10
Climbing Gorely volcano (1829 m)

Departure by car to the foot of Gorely Volcano (12 km, 0.5 hours). The ascent to the volcano is simple, it passes through terra lava flows, slag fields. The altitude difference is about 900 m. The ascent takes 3 hours. Upstairs snack. Inspection of the main craters of the volcano (1-1.5 hours). The ascent takes 6-7 hours. Return to the camp. Dinner. Departure to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. On the way visit the Upper Paratunsky sources.

Day 11
Boat trip on Avacha Bay to the island of Starichkov. Departure under the Avachinsky volcano.

Transfer to the pier. Boat trip on the Avacha Bay to the Three Brothers cliffs with access to the Pacific Ocean to the island of old men. Bird "markets", sea fishing, fish soup (5 hours).

4 pm Departure under the Avachinsky volcano to the area of ​​the volcanic plateau, between the Avachinsky and Koryak volcanoes, located at an altitude of 900 m above sea level (50 km, 2.5-3 hours). Day 12
Climbing Avachinsky Volcano (2751 m)

The ascent takes place on the western slope of the volcano and the ridged ridge of an ancient stratovolcano. The steepness of the slope in the apex part reaches 30 °. From the top there is a beautiful view of the Zhupanovsky volcanoes, the Kozelsky volcano, the expanses of the Pacific Ocean, the massive cone of the Koryak volcano. At the top of the snack, inspection crater. The distance of the ascent is 8 km. Duration of ascent is 6-8 hours, descent takes 3-4 hours. Dinner. Departure to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

Day 13

Visiting the fish market and souvenir shops. Airport transfer. Departure
